Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic treatments include all spinal and extremity adjustments provided during your visit as well as complementary ultrasound therapy if warranted. Our standard self-pay rate per treatment applies when payment is made at the time of service.
Patients are asked to pay for all services on the day they are received. Bills not paid at time of service will be emailed or mailed and will include an additional service charge of 5% of the treatment total.

Military & First Responder Discount
We proudly offer a discounted self-pay rate of $40 per treatment for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders.
Please present a valid ID at the time of your visit, and we will gladly apply your discount. Thank you for your service and commitment to our communities.
This discount applies only to payments made at the time of service. It does not apply to Medicare-covered services and cannot be combined with other discounts or treatment plans.
Shockwave Therapy
NOW AVAILABLE
Shockwave therapy is an evidence-based treatment used for many chronic tendon, muscle, and soft tissue conditions. We use Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) Therapy, a type of shockwave therapy, to stimulate superficial soft tissue, improve circulation, and help many common musculoskeletal concerns. Some common uses for RPW include treatment of conditions such as; Plantar fasciitis, Iliotibial band syndrome, Tennis/Golfer’s elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, Rotator cuff tendinopathy, Patellar tendinopathy, and many other musculoskeletal problems. Most current research data suggest that 3-4 treatments, spaced 1 week-apart will provide quality results for most musculoskeletal concerns. With more chronic concerns it is suggested that we may need more treatments, therefore we are offering larger package options at a lower rate to ensure quality, affordable care options are available if your situation warrants more attention.

Medicare
We are pleased to continue caring for Medicare beneficiaries as a participating facility. This means that your Medicare covered chiropractic spinal manipulation will be billed to Medicare as they previously were.
Services not covered by Medicare—including but not limited to- examinations, shockwave therapy, therapeutic exercise, cupping, IASTM—are due at the time of service. We are happy to explain your expected costs and provide estimated pricing before treatment begins.
Out-of-Network Insurance
While we no longer bill commercial insurance, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits. If you have any questions or need any more information for your individual reimbursement, please let us know.
