New Payment Structure; A Better Way to Care for You
At Olson Family Chiropractic, our mission has always been to provide exceptional, patient-centered care focused on helping you achieve your health goals. While continuing to uphold that commitment, starting October 1st, Eagle Lake Chiropractic will be transitioning to a cash-based (self-pay) practice and will no longer bill or accept health insurance.
This change allows us to make clinical decisions based solely on what is best for you, not on insurance company guidelines, visit limitations, or coverage restrictions. By removing the administrative barriers associated with insurance, we can spend more time focusing on your individual needs, provide care based on clinical findings rather than insurance requirements, and create personalized treatment plans designed to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
We believe that high-quality chiropractic care should also be affordable. To help make treatment accessible, we offer straightforward pricing along with discounted treatment packages that reduce the cost per visit. This allows patients to receive consistent care while keeping expenses predictable and transparent.
We are more than happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request. You may submit this documentation to your insurance company to seek reimbursement according to your individual out-of-network benefits. While reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan, we are committed to providing the documentation you need to make that process as simple as possible.
Our commitment to your health remains unchanged. This transition allows us to place your care, not insurance policies, at the center of every decision we make.
Medicare Patients
Eagle Lake Chiropractic will be a Medicare participating provider which means nothing will change for you. We are happy to continue providing chiropractic care to Medicare patients while following Medicare’s billing guidelines. For services covered by Medicare, including medically necessary spinal manipulation, we will continue to provide chiropractic care and submit claims directly to Medicare on your behalf for covered services.
Services that are not covered by Medicare, including examinations, therapies, rehabilitation services, and other non-covered procedures will be due at the time of service. We are committed to explaining your coverage, any expected out-of-pocket costs, and your payment options before treatment whenever possible.
